If it is the day of the event, go to the event with your picture ID. They can look up your order by name or address. If it is at least one business day before the event, use the phone number listed on the main event page. If there is none, contact us.
Typically, tickets are shipped via USPS between 24 and 48 hours after an order is placed. For some event setups, iTickets may not have the tickets to ship right away, or a 3rd party may be shipping them.

If it is 2-10 days before the event, and you want to check the status of your mail order or need assistance printing them, use the phone number listed on the main event page. If there is none, contact us.
