This will depend on the delivery method you selected when placing your order.
Email, but no Tickets
Your tickets will not be attached to the email; to see them, you need to access the link inside. You can also find your tickets in your iTickets account. For details, see: Can I show the tickets on my phone?
If you have not received an email, first check your spam or junk email filters. If you still don’t find it, your address may have been entered with a typo.
If it is the day of the event, go to the event with your picture ID. They can look up your order by name or address. If it is at least one business day before the event, use the phone number listed on the main event page. If there is none, contact us.
Typically, tickets are shipped via USPS between 24 and 48 hours after an order is placed. For some event setups, iTickets may not have the tickets to ship right away, or a 3rd party may be shipping them.
Tickets Lost in Mail
If it is the day of the event, go to the event with your picture ID. They can look up your order by name or address.
You may also be able to print them, or show them on your phone for entry, as long as the event offers print-at-home tickets and is set up to allow any delivery choice to print. For details, see: Can I show the tickets on my phone?
If it is 2-10 days before the event, and you want to check the status of your mail order or need assistance printing them, use the phone number listed on the main event page. If there is none, contact us.
If your order is will-call, you will not get your tickets in advance. See also: What is Will Call?
