During the order process, the “Details” page will offer delivery options. Each event can offer any combination of these three:
You will receive an email with a link to your tickets. For most events, the email will send the moment you place the order. The tickets will not be attached to the email; to see them, you need to access the link inside.

Having email trouble? If you selected Print-at-Home you can also access your tickets in the iTickets Event App. This allows you to access all your iTickets for all events in one place.
For an additional fee, your tickets will be mailed to the shipping address you provide. For most events, they should arrive 7-10 days after you place the order.
Your tickets will be held at the event on the day of the show, for you to pick up when you arrive.

My payment & email information was entered before creating an account. Where w should I locate my tickets? Thx
Hi Margaret, If you used the same email to create your account as is on your ticket order, then these will automatically sync to your account and app within 24 hours. If you need your tickets sooner than this, then you can use the link sent in your email receipt. Thank you!
After my payment was done, the screen shows Error. So I haven't received my email with my tickets. Can you please let me know what to do. Thanks
