When approved, they can only be issued to the original payment method.
Credit card refunds are issued 3-5 business days after approval. At that time, if you provided an email address on your order, you will be notified by email when it is processed. It can take up to 5 business days for your bank to show the money in your account.
If it has been more than 1 week since your refund was approved, and you have not received an email notification that it was processed, please contact us.
If you paid by cash or check, your refund will come from the original payee. It is your responsibility to get in touch with them for your refund. iTickets cannot under any circumstances issue refunds on behalf of another payee (for example an event-organizer).
