If an event is cancelled, you will be issued a refund by the original payee. Whatever the case, you do not need to contact iTickets. Please keep in mind:
- Fees are non-refundable. This is because our product/service is still being rendered for cancelled events, the cost of which to us actually doubles.
- Often multi-day events & festivals have their own event-specific policies.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by cash or check, contact the original payee. It is your responsibility to get in touch with them for your refund.
- iTickets is not responsible for money collected by event-organizers. If the original payee was not iTickets, we cannot guarantee a refund on their behalf. (For credit cards, the payee is specified on your bank statement or transaction history.)
