Note: An additional phone fee will apply for all orders placed over the phone.
Unless otherwise noted on the event, you are always free to place new orders for more tickets (availability permitting). In general, extra caution is only required in the circumstances listed below.
Add Tickets to a Group Discount
If the additional amount you need meets the group minimum by itself, go ahead and place another order online. In this case there is no need to have the orders linked together.
If you need to add less than the group minimum, contact us. Each event can have its own policy for group add-ons. If the event allows it, we can place a new order for you at the same group price, by attaching it to the original order.
Add Tickets to a Reserved-Seating Order
If your party grows after you already reserved seats, and you don’t want your party to split up, first check availability online. If there are enough seats next to your current seats, place a new order to reserve them.
Sometimes there isn’t room for new members unless the party moves. Before contacting us, check availability online to find a new place where your party fits. Then, if the event is not selling quickly, contact us during office hours. In most cases, we can assist with this change.
If seats are selling quickly, you have a choice to make. Either:
- place a new order immediately to reserve the seats you want, and risk a loss on your original seats (in case we can’t refund them); or
- contact us as mentioned above, and risk someone else reserving them while we process your request.
When making this decision, consider whether you’re inside our regular office hours.
