Some events have their own policies for refunds and exchanges/transfers. For those that don't, the standard policy applies.
Standard Policy
Refunds
All sales are non-refundable, including fees.
Exchanges/Transfers
In most cases, we cannot exchange tickets between events. In the rare case that we can, we will ask you to place a new order for the desired event, and we will issue a refund for the old one. Service fees are non-refundable in most cases.

Event-Specific Policies
If an event has its own refund/exchange policy, you'll find it posted in the event’s terms & conditions and/or your confirmation email.

I had gotten a new credit card and was wondering if it would go to the new one. I think I had written before and apologize good that. God Bless

Hello Glenda,
You will need to call your bank to recover the funds, as we can only attempt to refund the card that was used to make your purchase.
We will send you a transaction ID number when the refund has taken place.

I recently purchased tickets to see Colin Dixon in Bedford, New Hampshire. I just noticed that a recent additional concert in North Attleboro, Massachusetts is way closer to me. Is there any way to switch venues to the 3/12 date? Thank you
