Some events have their own policies for refunds and exchanges/transfers. For those that don't, the standard policy applies.

Refunds
All sales are non-refundable, including fees.
Exchanges/Transfers
In most cases, we cannot exchange tickets between events. In the rare case that we can, we will ask you to place a new order for the desired event, and we will issue a refund for the old one. Service fees are non-refundable in most cases.
