Alternate Email Address
Please check what email address you used to log in. It must be the same as the one used to set up your account in Box Office.
iTickets accounts are identified by email address. If you have multiple or alternate emails (for example:
email@example.com), you might be logged into the wrong one.
If you logged in with the correct email address, your account may not have access yet. In this case, please contact us.
