Is there a minimum or maximum amount?
Yes, the minimum is $5 per gift card. iTickets reserves the right to change this minimum amount at any time.
Do they expire?
No, but we encourage you to use it. Stolen and used gift cards cannot be replaced.
Can I get a plastic one?
Currently we only offer virtual gift cards.
How will I receive it?
This depends on the delivery method you select:
A link to view or print your gift card will be sent to the email address that you provide. This will arrive within a few moments, and the gift card will be active immediately. There is nothing you need to do to activate it.
For a fee of $3.75 per order, the gift card will be sent to you by mail.
Please note: this will be the same document that's offered by email, printed on plain office paper. Choosing mail delivery does not mean that you will be sent a plastic gift card.
Are there any fees?
No, there are no fees to purchase a gift card, unless you choose mail delivery. See above.
Why can't I use it for all events?
Most tickets and associated services will accept gift card payment. Events and services on iTickets are not owned by iTickets and therefore some events may not accept gift card payment.
Furthermore, currently iTickets gift cards can only be used for events in the United States.
Can I exchange it for cash?
No, the unused value remains on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
What if I lose it?
We can resend your gift card to you. However, we cannot reissue used gift cards. If your gift card is stolen and used, we cannot replace it. Please protect your gift card like cash.
