To find orders across all events, go to Orders in the main menu bar. If you have an order number, enter it in the left hand dialogue and submit. If you don’t have one, you can search by other criteria.
- Event ID can be auto-inserted if you find the event. Click Actions > View Orders.
- When searching by customer info (e.g. name, email, phone number), be aware of possible customer error from when it was entered.
- Watch out for unwanted filter values. There’s a button on the form to clear them and start over.
