Yes, if you selected “Print-at-Home,” for most events, you can forego printing your tickets and show them on your mobile device instead. If your event does not allow this, it will say so in your confirmation email.
There are three ways to access your tickets on a mobile device:
- Link in your confirmation email.
- iTickets.com > My Account > Orders.
- iTickets App on iOS, under “View My Orders.”
Note: you must log in with the same email address used to place the order.

Downloaded app but I already purchased tickets now need to add to phone

Instructions assume everyone has I Phones. Android users don't let friends use I Phones, so how about instructions to put tickets on Android platform.
I’ve bought tickets on 2 different occasions. I have 2 order numbers. I logged onto the app and only one order is showing. Why isn’t the other one showing?
