- Log in at: iTickets.com/boxoffice. Events will be listed with realtime sales at a glance.
- Click anywhere on the event (or select Actions > Reports) to see the Ticket Sales Report, with applicable breakdowns in different tabs.
- Other event-level reports can be found in the sidebar menu. (On smaller displays, this is labelled “Event Menu” under the collapsible options.)
Tips:
- Report reflects ticket FV amounts for ALL non-void orders. i.e. Regardless if an order has a payment due or not it reflects “potential” total Ticket FV.
- Void orders without refund will NOT reflect on this report. Use the Transaction Details report to get true funds collected.
- This is not a settlement report, it does not reflect any Taxes, Faculty Fees, Rebates or iTickets invoices to be traded out as settlement (such as built-in-fees or marketing buys.)
