Why was I double-charged?

Pending Charge

If the transaction failed but you see a charge on your card from the attempt, your credit card company or bank may have put an Authorization Hold on the funds. These pending charges will disappear, and you will not be charged for failed orders.

Double Charge

In the rare case that you were actually double-charged, or that you accidentally placed multiple confirmed orders, please contact us during office hours.
