Your account name appears on the detail page for any order that you place or modify.
If the name is wrong, you may have used your own email address when placing a customer order. See also: Placing Admin Orders
To change your account name, log in to iTickets.com and go to My Account > Profile. Here, you can update your account name and anything else you may have mistakenly overridden.
Some changes (like your password) require you to have inbox access to your sign-in email address. If you don't, please contact us.
You can also have separate accounts created underneath your promoter account, for use by staff or volunteers. Have each member sign up, then contact us to give them access to your events.
