When you scan a ticket, there are three types of message you may see. You can press any of these messages to see full order details in Box Office.*
If you receive an error when loading an Event QR Code, see the FAQ.
* By default, all scanning devices have read-only access to Box Office orders. Please let us know in advance if you want this feature disabled on your event.
Green
Message: "Good Scan"
Ticket is valid. Proceed as normal.
Grey
Message: "You Just Scanned This!"
Ticket had a duplicate on your device, within the last two scans. Either you accidentally scanned one twice (which is easy to do because QR codes scan very quickly), or two people came through your line together and presented two copies of the same ticket. Use your best judgment.

Red
Message: —various—
The error should give details. If it says "Scanned," it will say exactly when and by whom. You can find your own device name in Device Data on the Stat Screen. See a list of other active devices by pressing the scan total. This info should help you determine what to do.
