In most cases, seat upgrades can be done. First, check availability online. If there are more than enough seats in the location you want, and the event is not selling quickly, you can contact us during office hours.
If the event allows upgrades, we will ask you to place a new order for the higher-priced tickets, then we’ll refund your original order. In general there is no guarantee your original order can be refunded, so we highly recommended that you check with us before placing a new order – unless you are comfortable with the possibility of keeping both orders.
