To place an order, find the event page and click the red “Place Order” button (see image below). If the event is not with iTickets, this will take you to the proper website. For iTickets events, you may be prompted to sign in or continue as a guest. Then the order process will begin, and you can choose your items.

If this button is missing, check for a banner message saying why, or a note inside the Info tab.
Common examples:
- "Sold out"
- "Unavailable"
- "Free event - no ticket needed"
- "Tickets not on sale yet. On-sale date is: ..."
If it is still unclear how to obtain tickets, contact the event-organizer.
