Caution - Colors should be assigned BEFORE customers can download tickets. Customer who already added tickets to their wallet will not get a color change. *If you need to change colors on tickets already added to wallets contact your iTickets Client Ticketing Manager.
Tip: If you want to use colors but cannot assign them until a later date for any reason you can delay ticket buyer access by using the ticket availability feature. Ticket Buyer Trouble Shooting
Trouble accessing Digital Tickets (URL not working):
Security Settings: Tokens expire after a certain amount of time to keep security of tickets. The system recognizes expired tokens and regenerates them automatically in real time. If someone goes to an expired token resend their URL to try again. There are 3 ways they can access a new URL:
1.) Check their mobile number and resend their text URL
2.) Email the URL that sends in the text message
Go to their Order Activity and click on the text activity link under Notes. Copy the URL from the pop-up window and send it to them via email.
3.) Order Profile
At any time a ticket buyer can go to their iTickets account and view their orders in their Profile. On their order they click Manage Tickets and that will take them to a page to add their tickets to their wallet.
How do you know if a ticket was added to a Wallet?
In Order View there are 2 ways to check on the wallet status;
1.) Ticket Information will show the color assigned to tickets & if the ticket was added to the Wallet
2.) Order Activity on an order will show when a ticket buyer adds a ticket to their wallet.
